Welding along a circular path presents unique challenges that prevent hand welding from achieving the level of quality and consistency required for high purity and ultra high purity gas systems. That is why we use a computer controlled gas tungsten welder to remove operator error. The tubing is held in place using a special weld head suited to the size of the tubing, which is then rotated automatically around the material being welded. Our experienced welders have years of experience in this type of welding, ensuring that the purity of the argon and rate of weld combine to meet our standard of excellence.
